@Marianne Id let her sleep later for the last nap of the day tomorrow to get her ready and then put her to sleep later tomorrow night. Definitely let her sleep until 6 tomorrow for the third nap and aim for an 8pm bedtime.

@Jane Id love you to leave him in bed until at least 6am if you can. Some babies are just early risers and that is hard to change! Id love to try to cap his nap to 2 hours if you can, that might help (some daycares will let you do that, others wont :( ).

@AG_1212 I'd love you to fully transition to the two nap schedule if you can. That will likely help with the early morning wakings. https://www.nanit.com/blog/sleep-schedule-generator/
It sounds like she is getting plenty of sleep but I'd love to try to get her to 6am if we can! Making sure she is getting enough to eat during the day might help and getting rid of the third nap will likely help as well! Good luck!

@Js_mom It's up to you. You can leave him for 20-30 minutes after he wakes to get himself back to sleep if you are up for it. I wouldnt go longer than that. I'd suggest starting with the first nap of the day. If he doesnt get himself back to sleep, move on with the day as best you can. Give it four or five days and then try the second nap too. If hes stil taking a third nap, that is just a cat nap to get him through until bedtime, no need to push him to get back to sleep if he only naps for 20 minutes for the thrid nap.

@Astrong24 It sounds like she is ready for bed at 7/7.30! I'd love you to try to get her to sleep at that time. The key is getting her to fall asleep by herself at the beginning of the night! Once she can do that, she wont be waking overnight to be fed or soothed. Make sure her nap isnt too late, I'd love her to be awake for around 5-6 hours before bedtime at this age!

@EABach The 7 month old sounds like a dream! Keep doing what you are doing!
If the 4 year old is taking a nap, I would cut it out. If they are not taking a nap, I'd love to see them in bed asleep a little earlier if they continue to have an early wake up time. Toddlers push limits and boundaries and its our job as parents to be setting those limits and boundaries. I'd suggest a short nightime routine with no 'one more' 's! (ie, one more book, hug, glass of water, etc!). If you are both consistent about the short routine and not giving in the the 'one more' 's, you should start to see the bedtime creep earlier.

@Lia You have lots of choices! At this age, almost all healthy babies are capable of sleeping through the night without a feed if given the opportunity. You can go cold turkey and just leave her to CIO until she gets herself back to sleep, you can gradually cut down the amount of milk she is getting in the bottle, you can water down the milk so she is eventually just taking water and not milk (and then cut it down all together) or you can keep feeding her and hope she drops it on her own!

@Ilona Ilona, you can totally move her schedule in one day if you want to. It might take her a few more days to adjust but you can absolutely try to get it done in one day! Take a look at our blog post on the time change which should give you some tips!

@MiklaRivett I'd love you to try to leave him until 6am if you can. If hes really upset Id go and get him but if he is rolling around, Id totally give him the chance to get back to sleep. It might be a few days of 4.30am wake-ups but hopefully after a few days his little body will adjust to the new time. Make sure he is not napping too much during the day.
