Sleeping through the night

My baby sleeps through the night at just under 3 months old. We put him to bed at 7:00 and he does not wake to eat until 5:00-7:00 am. This has been happening for 2 weeks now. I wake up at 3-4 am painfully full and my body has not yet adjusted. I pump just enough to be comfortable again. Any advice? Will my supply drop if I’m not feeding or pumping for 12 hours?

@kbiweiss This is fantastic! Having worked with breastfeeding moms for 16 years and having breastfed three boys (each for over 12 months) I will tell you that, in my experience, the best way to maintain your supply is to pump before you go to bed (at 10/11pm) and then AFTER the first feed of the morning. If you can do those two pumpings, you can maintain your supply for as long as you want!

I do NOT want you waking to pump, I really want you to be sleeping overnight. But if you can get in that pumpong before your bedtime, it can make the world of difference in maintaining your supply.
