Problem with viewing recent activity

I have a Nanit pro and for some reason I can’t view any of the recent activities from earlier in the day or from previous days. Every time I try to watch any of my sons camera activities I get the same message each time saying, “ OOPS, please try again later”. Am I having this problem only cause I don’t have the Insights Premium plan? Anyone else having the same problem watching the recent activities of the Nanit Pro?

    Hi there - my partner is having the same problems on two of her devices, whilst I am not having it on mine - we can be on the same network sat next to eachother and one of us see it, the other not. I'm glad to see it's not just us - were support able to help on this at all for you?
