The wifi camera button is stuck inside, please help!

Just installing the camera for the first time and the wifi camera button is stuck inside and the camera part is not really clicking with the Multistand. I am just installing now as my baby is due in 2 weeks. Please help how to repair. I bought it in USA but live in Switzlerland. Thank you
