Sleep later

What’s the best way to get an almost 18 month old to sleep later than 5AM. No matter if we put the baby down at 7PM or 9 PM. We are up by 5 AM

    @Ssalbany Unfortunately, this is quite common. It is exhausting for many parents who are used to going to bed late. A wake time of 5am is most likely your toddler's biological clock and it is difficult to change. Considering the consistency of the 5am waketime, it would be ideal for them down by 7pm to allow them the opportunity to get the recommended 11-13 hours of sleep in 24 hours (including naps).
