One foot turned outward, normal?

My 10 month walks around pushing a walker toy. However, I noticed one of his feet is turned outward still. Is it normal for a baby at this point to have his hip still rotated out at this point. Is it anything to worry at this point?

@TMcDade Although some asymmetry can be within the range of normal, it is important to discuss this with your pediatrician. Particularly with infants who have a history of breech birth (but even infants who do not), ruling out hip dysplasia is essential.
