Nanit connectivity issues after moving to new house

We just moved into a new house and got a faster internet but now our camera is having connectivity issues. I’ve tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, adding the camera again, upgrading the app and logging back in. I don’t know what else to try. Anyone have any suggestions?
