Request about insight plan

this must be something joke, we bought a second Nanit camera with in less than a year because the first one suddenly doesn’t work . And now where we already payed with the purchase the insights plan in when we bought the second camera in September , it keeps us not to see the any sound detected or movement. Plus it keep freezes, this is not good at all.
