How to handle 15-16 jetlag for a 1 year old baby
I am planning to return to the US from Asia with my daughter when she turns 1 year old. It’s 15 hours time difference and a 12 hour flight. I know this question has nothing to do with daylight saving time change, but it is related to time zone change.
Any advice will be appreciated. She currently has a perfect sleep schedule where she goes to sleep at 7pm and wakes up at 7am with no interruptions in between.
