Time Change Prep

Hi Dr Natalie,

Our 4.5 month old daughter is going through a phase of napping less (amount wise) and now sometimes number wise (3 or 2 instead of 4). We've consistently implemented a routine to address the above and want to be prepared for not only the time change adjustment but also for my return to work which happens this Monday. Any suggestions? She sleeps between 7-8pm and wakes up between 5-630am. Thanks!

    @SWD She might still need to feed at 5.30am. So maybe a quick feed and then put her right back down, rather than her wake for the day? I'd love you to try the 3 nap scheule (take a look at the sleep schedule generator) https://www.nanit.com/blog/sleep-schedule-generator/) and that might help the early morning wakings. Also, she might just need more milk during the day right now. Her requirements are increasing (as she gets ready to take solids) and she might just need a few more oz to get her to sleep longer at night!
