Camera takes several minutes to load

My Nanit worked perfectly until about a week ago when it was suggested we upgrade to the new Nanit Pro. Since then when opening the app, it opens immediately; however, the camera takes several minutes to load and I usually have to exit and re-open the app several times. Its very frustrating, especially when my little one is crying and I can't see what is happening in the camera. I've updated the app and I'm not sure what my next step should be.

    Hi @Sheltonm2 I'm sorry this is happening to you. Can you try power cycling the Nanit camera along with your router? That should hopefully clear up your problem. If not, let us know!
