@Kelly_T Take a look at our blog post on the time change which should give you some tips! I like to suggest doing the change on Saturday but know that it might take a few days to adjust!
@Jlkubajak This is a great plan! Our blog post suggests making the change on Saturday but if you wanted to try Friday and Saturday, this is a great idea!
@Bekahleigh4 Totally a general suggestion based on a 7pm bedtime! If 5.30am works for your family, go for it!
@ParmR She is doing great! Take a look at our blog post on the time change which should give you some tips! Also take a look at our sleep schedule generator (MELANIE, PLEASE LINK). I want to make sure she is getting enough to eat during the day so she can work towards not eating at night to feed. Is she fully awake and ready to start the day at 5.30am? Can you try treating the 5.30am waking as a night feed?
@Marisssivo I hear you! Those early waking are hard to change! I think you are doing an amazing job. Take a look at our blog post on the time change which should give you some tips! I would suggest transitioning to the two nap schedule as best you can after the time change. I suspect getting him onto that schedule might help with the early rising.
@Ayirp20Mom Id love you to leave her in bed until at least 6am if she is happy. Take a look at our blog post on the time change which should give you some tips.
@lwj1101 Its totally likely that this is due to her standing! Those shorter naps are fine, we see that most babies need a little less sleep during the day as they get older. I'd love you to TRY to have her stay in the crib until 6am. 5/5.30am is just brutal for most families! Take a look at our blog post for suggestions for tomorrow.
@Mismin Take a look at our blog post on the time change which should give you some tips!
@Marianne Id let her sleep later for the last nap of the day tomorrow to get her ready and then put her to sleep later tomorrow night. Definitely let her sleep until 6 tomorrow for the third nap and aim for an 8pm bedtime.
@Jane Id love you to leave him in bed until at least 6am if you can. Some babies are just early risers and that is hard to change! Id love to try to cap his nap to 2 hours if you can, that might help (some daycares will let you do that, others wont :( ).
