98% of the time, my camera isn’t working. Why?

It’s never been dropped or anything but it’s having so many issues. We’ve tried all the trouble shooting ideas but nothing is working. It’s frustrating because we just paid for another year of analytics and for what? We hardly even get to SEE our baby, let alone get sleep tracking and what not
