Nanit Pro Connection Issues

I have had the original Nanit since 2019 nonissue and works perfectly fine. But the new nanit pro that I bought for my second daughter is constantly resetting, and going offline. It shares the same router as my original nanit that works perfectly fine, and is actually located in the same room. I have to reset it multiple times a day! It’s getting ridiculous.

has anyone noticed this with the pro?

    @MomofTandT If it would be helpful, we can take a closer look at what may be causing your pro to go offline and reset frequently.

    Have you taken look to see if your camera is on the 2.4GHz network? If so, you can switch it over to the 5GHZ network (or vice versa). Sometimes, that will quickly resolve the issue you are describing.
