I am not able to hear background voice on the app and also not able to turn off my monitor from the app for the past two days, is anyone facing the same issue
Sorry to hear you're having this problem with the Nanit App. To address the problem you're having start by restarting the device you're using. Then make sure the Nanit App is fully updated by visiting the Google Play Store or the App Store.
Finally, if this problem is still happening unplug your camera for 30 seconds before plugging it back in.
